Acupuncture is a branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and addresses the root and the branch, or symptom, of illnesses and injury. In doing so, it can optimize the health and well-being of the whole individual and prevent further health issues.
Studies have shown that acupuncture works by impacting the central nervous system in several ways. The impact on the central nervous system leads to relaxed muscles, pain relief, organ function regulation, and hormone regulation. Acupuncture also regulates the parasympathetic nervous system allowing the body to rest, digest, relax, and heal.

Arnaud is a trained and skilled massage therapist who is driven by results and gets satisfaction by helping others. As an avid climber and skier, he left an unfulfilling advertising career and followed his inner INFJ “healer” personality, towards a more meaningful path servicing the outdoor community.

Arnaud’s approach draws from his in-depth knowledge of the human body (clinical science) as much as field experience to tailor his treatments in accordance with the clients’ unique root causes.
