Arnaud is a trained and skilled massage therapist who is driven by results and gets satisfaction by helping others. As an avid climber and skier, he left an unfulfilling advertising career and followed his inner INFJ “healer” personality, towards a more meaningful path servicing the outdoor community.
Arnaud’s approach draws from his in-depth knowledge of the human body (clinical science) as much as field experience to tailor his treatments in accordance with the clients’ unique root causes. A true expert is one who practises the same activities and has first-hand understanding of the body mechanics involved.
He incorporates myofascial, deep tissue, and TrP in his treatments, in addition to mobility work and neuro-activation to bring the body’s tissues and joints back to balance. He also believes that relaxation massage creates a strong body and mind connection, which is essential to health and wellness. Afterall, our nervous system is hard at work everyday to control our emotions and body movement.
From recovery to performance enhancement, Arnaud is an invested and dedicated professional with a passion for helping and empowering others to strive in their highly active lifestyle. He looks forward to collaborating with you to make sure you are in the best form for your adventures - big or small!

Dr. Palmer was introduced to the chiropractic lifestyle as a result of an injury sustained while skiing.
